2. Primary Market Purchases and Copyrights

  • Retention of Copyrights:
    • The acquisition of a primary market work from MadameFlihan LDA does not transfer the copyright of the artwork to the buyer
    • The artist or rights holder retains the rights to reproduce, distribute, and publicly communicate the work.
    • Buyers are entitled to possess and display the artwork but are prohibited from reproducing it for commercial purposes.

3. Copyright Policy

  • Original Works:
    • All artworks and creative materials produced by MadameFlihan LDA are protected by copyright laws.
