Elements with contrasting textures are superimposed: an intense red horizontal stripe, which represent a line of strength, sacrifice or even a wound; and two pieces of cloth evokes the idea of fragility, vulnerability, or memory layers. These organic textures contrast with the geometric lines, energetic and austere, drawn in black, creating a dialogue between natural and artificial, organic and structured.

The black spine, thick and irregular, which extends vertically through the canvas, works as a central axis, a support, an element of force that crosses the presented stresses; a spine, a tree, or even a human figure laden with weight.
