  • Multibanco: Widely used in Portugal, this option allows payments through ATMs or online banking.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment: All purchases and services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Deposits: For certain services or artworks, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Deposit amounts will be communicated during the booking process.
  • Payment Plans: For artworks of significant value, we offer tailored payment plans with no additional fees or interest. Payment plans must be arranged before shipping. Contact us to discuss a schedule that suits your needs.
  • Payment Due Dates: Payments must be made by the date specified at checkout or during the booking process. Late payments may result in reservation cancellations or additional fees.

3. Currency

All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR). International clients should note that their bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and additional fees.

4. Secure Payment Processing

Your security is our priority. All transactions are processed using STRIPE, a platform compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to ensure your payment details are protected although we cannot be responsible in case of cybercrime actions. 5. Fraud and Cybercrime Liability

Please note that we are not responsible for any fraud or cybercrimes that may occur in relation to payments made through these on line payments platform. All financial transactions are handled by our trusted third-party financial service provider. It is the responsibility of the service provider to ensure secure processing of payments and protect against any fraudulent activity or cybercrime. We strongly recommend that you take appropriate measures to secure your personal information and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities and your financial service provider immediately.

6. Confirmation and Invoicing

After a successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with all relevant details, including a digital invoice.
For added convenience, a physical copy of the invoice will be provided upon delivery of the artwork.

7. Taxes and Duties

  • Portuguese Clients: Prices include all applicable taxes, such as IVA (Imposto sobre o Valor Acrescentado).
  • International Clients: Additional import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the client’s responsibility.

8. Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 1 working day of your booking or order, you may be charged the full amount.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases and at the discretion of management.

9. Additional Fees

Transaction Fees: Some payment methods may incur additional transaction fees, which will be disclosed before processing your payment.
